Project Background
Brown Spoon Coffee is a family-owned small coffee roaster in Ohio, that asked me to create a package design that could be used to package their coffee to be sold from their mobile coffee shop.

Aspects of the case study are modified due to NDA. All ideas, arrangements, and plans indicate or represented are owned by the property of Brown Spoon Coffee and were created, evolved, and developed for use on and in connection with the specified project. None of such ideas, design arrangements, or plans shall be used by or disclosed to any person, firm, or corporation for any purpose without the written permission of Brown Spoon Coffee.

The Problem The company is under a year old and hadn't established a brand identity. They wanted a logo that could be used on their converted VW bus.

The Solution The solution was to create a new brand identity with a vintage look and field.

My Role Research, Stakeholder Interviews, Design.

Design Process
Empathize
The first step in the process was to gain insights into what the target audience wanted, needed, how they behaved, feel, and think, and why they demonstrate such behaviors, feelings, and thoughts when interacting with the brand.
