Jameson Eric Reardon, born November 29, 1983, is an American stand-up comedian. He has released four comedy albums: Disorderly Conduct, Corybantic, Tomfoolery, Bedlam, and Preposterous. In 2006 Preposterous became the highest charting comedy album and went platinum. He is known for his use of observational, often vulgar and sometimes dark comedy. He is one of the first comedians to use Instagram to grow his fan base which currently has over 700K followers.

Jameson was born in County Cork, Ireland, the only child to Maeve and Pádraig Reardon. He grew up in an Irish Catholic family. Jameson was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio where he attended Archbishop Moeller High School. In 2001 while attending the University of Dayton to study psychology, a friend dared Jameson to enter an improv comedy competition. A video of his performance was posted on YouTube and went viral. The nephew of Kimber Rickabaugh of RickMill Productions shared the footage of Jameson’s performance with her. Rickabaugh flew Jameson out to Los Angeles to appear in a local group of emerging improve/sketch comedians. Jameson signed a four-year record deal with Comedy Central Records.

In 2010 Jameson won the Edinburgh Comedy Award and the Malcolm Hardee “Act Most Likely to Make a Million Quid” Award. Comedy Central named him one of their “Comics to Watch.” He is the winner of the 38th annual Seattle International Comedy Festival beating out 31 amazing performers. He is also the winner of the Magner’s Comedy Festival and has been featured in the Glasgow International Comedy Festival in Scotland, the Bridgetown Comedy Festival in Portland, the Eugene Mirman Comedy Festival in NYC. hand-picked by David Letterman’s Talent Coordinator to perform in the Johnny Carson Great American Comedy Festival in Norfolk, NE.
